Suspicious Minds
In the promo video for the week of December 9 on Days of our Lives, spoilers show that Hope is putting the word out that her father’s grandson isn’t to be trusted. She stops by the Brady Pub and talks with Steve and Kayla. “Have you met my father’s long-lost grandson,” she asks, as scenes of him acting shady fly across the screen.
Back at the Horton house, Julie has a question for her cousin, Jennifer. “What happened to our grandmother’s necklace,” asks Julie. Jennifer had been hoping to keep the fact that it was missing from Julie, hoping they’d find it before she found out. “We think it was stolen,” admits an emotional Jennifer. Later, Hope comes downstairs and sees Doug hugging Julie and she side-eyes the young man. She knows (she’s not wrong!) that he’s up to no good. “I don’t trust this so-called Doug Williams,” Hope says.
Questionable Plans
Brady and Ava are looking flirty. Back at Marlena and John’s home, Belle is questioning her half brother, Brady, about his love life. “So who is this person you’re going on a date with,” she asks, smiling. “Ava Vitale,” he answers as her smile quickly fades.
The voice-over shares, “And a week of drama that packs a wallop.” While that is heard, we see a shirtless Xander doing a push up with Sarah on his back, Kristen smacking Ava, Shawn shaking hands with Jada, Marlena shocked by something Leo tells her and then Ava smacking Kristen back just as hard.
Next we see quick flashes of Gabi holding a gun, JJ holding a gun, Clyde holding a gun as he grabs Gabi, Chad with a gun and Cat, JJ’s gun trained on Clyde, Clyde pointing his gun as Gabi looks scared, Chad enters a room with a gun and Cat screaming “Noooo” as we hear a gunshot!
