Since then, there have been reports that Dr. Nicole Martin decided to leave the show after rumors that her fiance, Anthony Lopez’s ex, Stephanie Shojaee, was being cast.

In an Instagram Q&A, Dr. Nicole Martin answered fan questions including whether she will return. Nicole told viewers that she is “unsure” if she will return adding, “I keep in touch with some of the girls and miss aspects of filming (my friends, the crew, production, the glam, etc.) but it can also be a very toxic environment at times. Right now – my peace of mind and family are top priority.”

Viewers then asked why she wasn’t returning in which she responded, “I think I’ve been pretty open about my decision and reasons for wanting to leave ????”

Another viewer asked Nicole what her thoughts on being replaced by her fiancé, Anthony Lopez’s ex, Stephanie Shojaee in which Nicole took the classy route writing, “I’ve never met Steph and don’t know her, but can totally see why they wanted her on the show. She brings a lot to RHOM – successful business, marriage, lifestyle, obulence, and ties to the cast. Seems reasonable to me.”

It seems both Dr. Nicole Martin and Anthony didn’t want to make life extra messy and put family first by not coming back.

The Real Housewives of Miami are filming it’s seventh season and currently on a cast trip in Sevilla.
