The Friends alum praises trainer Dani Coleman for meeting her “wherever” she’s at, like if she didn’t get enough sleep, during their three-plus exercise sessions each week.

“We do a lot of core work,” Dani, who’s the head trainer at Pvolve — a low-impact program that utilizes resistance equipment — has said. “We focus really on that total-360 core strength to keep your body upright and moving long-term.”

As for how Jen, 55, fuels their plank-and-weightlifting-infused workouts? She practices the 80/20 method, eating healthily 80 percent of the time.

“I give myself days where I can have whatever I want,” the actress recently noted. “I don’t deprive myself.”

She’s 55, but Jennifer Lopez recently shared: “I’m the thinnest I’ve ever been.”

Credit her trainers — both of them. Three times a week, she does resistance training, including hanging ab raises and squats, with Dodd Romero. The other days, Jen turns to Tracy Anderson and her namesake dance and resistance method.

“We do a 10-move leg program focusing on the glutes and the cinching of the waist,” Tracy’s said. “Moving is part of Jennifer’s core values.”

The duo work out five days a week, and whether it’s a fixed machine in the gym or using a band on the beach, their time together is never the same.

“She never truly understands what’s going to happen for that morning, for that day,” Peter’s said. “I bring a constellation of things. That … is quite challenging because she has to be ready almost [to] improv.”

Carrie Underwood’s longtime trainer Eve Overland makes sure the “Before He Cheats” singer never cheats when it comes to form.

“We take our time, we focus on form, we enjoy that time together and do good solid work,” Eve says of her 90-minute sweat sessions with Carrie, 41. “A million sloppy reps is not going to help your physique or any sort of strength gains.”

Mom-of-two Carrie also is diligent about prioritizing fitness.
