According to a Beverly Hills Police Department press release obtained by the outlet, law enforcement was called to LA restaurant Mr. Chow at 10:06 p.m for a reported assault with a deadly weapon.
After an initial investigation, police found that the report of assault was “unfounded”, though they did confirm the incident “involved a physical altercation between parties.”

On his show, Foxx opened up about his health struggle, sharing he suffered a brain bleed that led to a stroke in 2023.
“April 11, I was having a bad headache and I asked my boy for an aspirin. And I realised quickly that when you’re in a medical emergency, your boys don’t know what the f–k to do,” he said.
“Before I could get the aspirin I went out.”
Foxx said, “I don’t remember 20 days”.
