Kylie Kelce has heard that her daughter Ellie looks like uncle Travis Kelce one too many times. The soon-to-be mom of four joked that she was “slightly offended” by the comments.
“The internet has run away with the fact that she looks like Travis,” Kylie, 32, said in a preview for the Thursday, December 5, episode of her “Not Gonna Lie” podcast. “I was blonde, I had one dimple. I very much feel like Ellie could pass for looking like mom.”
She continued, “So, if we could hop off the whole ‘Ellie Looks Like Travis’ train, that would be greatly appreciated because that’s the only one I have any chance of having any claim to when it comes to looking alike.”
Kylie and husband Jason Kelce share three daughters – Wyatt, Elliotte and Bennett – with another baby girl on the way. Her reaction to the public’s opinion came after a fan made a TikTok video about how Kylie’s daughters seemed to favor Jason, 37.
“I’m not a comedian, but I know that there is a joke there somewhere after seeing Kylie Kelce’s pregnancy announcement and her beautiful girls who look exactly like her husband, Jason,” TikTok user @LibbyRaeLou said in the clip. “Kylie needs to bring genes for Kylie in this pregnancy, in this child. Oh my gosh, but they’re all adorable.”
Kylie, who played the clip during the episode, explained, “We are so lucky that my husband makes cute girls. When you look at Wyatt’s baby pictures and Jason’s baby pictures side by side, it looks like we have cloned him. I complained a lot when Wyatt arrived. It looked like I had nothing to do with it, and if I had not pushed her out myself, I would not believe that I had any part in making her.”
The Philadelphia native joked that the “jury was still out” on the fourth baby, but said Bennett also resembles her dad.
“Bennie is definitely another Jason look-alike” Kylie added. “Trust me. I am trying desperately to make a child that has any, any resemblance to me.”
She also said that while some moms mentioned that “their sons looked like them,” she and Jason didn’t “have that recipe.”
Earlier this year, Kylie had shut down rumors that she and the former NFL star were expecting another baby. However, she later shared a TikTok video where she essentially ate her own words.
Kylie announced on November 22 that she and Jason would be welcoming another little girl to their brood. In a photo shared on Instagram, Wyatt, 5, Elliotte, 3, and Bennett, 1, all wore matching sweaters with the words “Big Sister” emblazoned across the front, but each girl had a different expression on her face. Wyatt held her head in her hands, Elliotte gave a timid smile, and Bennett had tears streaming down her face.
“I feel like we captured a very accurate representation of how each of the girls feel about getting another sister. At least Ellie, mom and dad are on the same page!” Kylie wrote alongside the photo.
