Love Is Blind star Ashley Adionser may have fallen in love fast and tied the knot with Tyler Francis, but they aren’t expecting their first child just yet, despite recent rumors that suggest otherwise.
The marketing director, 32, took to her Instagram Stories on Monday, November 4, to shut down pregnancy speculation after a viral TikTok video sparked the chatter over the weekend. “Hey guys, so it looks like apparently I can’t have a private life at all and can’t keep anything to myself,” she said. “Go figure. So I figured I’d just come on here and tell you guys the truth.”
Ashley initially joked that she was pregnant, but she couldn’t keep a straight face and quickly burst out laughing as she cleared the air about the footage, which showed her rubbing her stomach at the Baltimore Ravens vs. Denver Broncos game on Sunday, November 3.
“Y’all. The way I downed an espresso martini before that game. I was hungry. I was so hungry,” she explained. “And you know the funniest part? I said to myself, I was like, ‘I should not be rubbing my stomach.’ Because when I say I was hungry, we were up so early for that game, I was like, I gotta stop rubbing my stomach in case someone records it and they just assume. I mean y’all take something and just … run with it. No, I’m not pregnant. Jesus.”
Ashley added that “people forget” that she and her Love Is Blind castmates were “normal people” before the show. Now, she has to “watch every single thing I say and do.”
The reality star explained that she only found out about the viral TikTok because fans were messaging her with congratulations, and she was confused. She had to ask them what they were talking about. At first, Ashley thought the rumor started because of how many layers of clothes she had on at the game, but she then learned that it was because she had been rubbing her stomach.
“Not even a food baby. Just hungry,” she joked. “I will say this experience definitely made me have more sympathy for [people in the limelight] and I definitely have a different perspective now.”
Ashley got her first taste of the limelight on Netflix’s Love Is Blind season 7, where she met Tyler, 35. Despite the couple hitting a rough patch when Tyler revealed to his fiancée that he had fathered three kids, they tied the knot in the finale.
“Ashley, from the moment I heard your voice, I knew there was something special about you,” the nuclear security officer told his bride in his vows. “You showed me what love truly is … I commit to building a future filled with laughter, understanding and joy. As we embark on this journey together, I pledge my heart, my loyalty and my deepest love to you.”
Ashley told Tyler, “I’ve never felt a love this pure yet fierce. I feel like we can do anything in life as long as we have each other.”
She continued, “You’re my soulmate … I promise to love and respect you as my best friend, my future and my partner in life.”
